Madalynn Raye is locked up in a mental institute. Today she has been brought in for her weekly evaluation with doctor AJ Marion. Because Madalynn has been such a cooperative patient, she has gained the doctor's trust. So AJ has the guard remove Madalynn's restraints for this visit. But Madalynn's good behavior has all been a plot to be put in this exact situation. Moments after the guard leaves, Madalynn jumps AJ and puts her in a XXXX hold. Then while she has her under control, she takes AJ's dress off. Quickly she ties up the doctor and then changes into her dress and high heels. When AJ realizes what is going on she tries to protest and call for help. But Madalynn stuffs and tapes a sock in her mouth to gag AJ. As Madalynn waits for the coast to clear outside, she torments and plays with her captive doctor. Then when she finds that it is OK to leave, she hogties AJ. Dressed in AJ's clothing, Madalynnn makes her escape. Sometime later, the guard returns to find AJ struggling bound and gagged with Madalynn long gone.
