He bought this magic lamp because he was told it would grant him his wishes. But when he tries it out, the lamp doesn't work. When he tries to call the seller to let him know wants a refund, he gets voicemail. So, while he waits, he turns on the television to find the only station that works, is a cartoon station. As he talks to someone else on the phone, he listens in to the cartoon and images a character named Wilma and wishes out loud, he could tie her up. After he hangs up, the man hears a woman protesting in his room. When, he investigates, he finds a real life version of Wilma (Jamie Knotts) tied up on his bed. As he tries to figure things out, this Wilma person gets too loud. So he needs to gag her. He learns the only way to get Wilma back in the lamp is to make her have an orgasm. He accomplishes this with a crotch rope.
