He needs to leave Chichi but wants to make sure she is there when he gets back. So he pulls off her pantyhose and ties her up with them. He then ties a bandanna tight between her teeth to gag her. He leaves her like this as he goes off to find other things to tie her more secure. Sometime later, Chichi finds herself tied up tight with more pantyhose and several neck ties. She is gagged better and left to struggle bound and gagged.
